  • Mindfulness:

I will assist you in bringing a gentle, non-judgmental state of awareness to your present moment experience and together, we will receive the gift of your intuition.

  • Unity

Bringing unity into the session means that we acknowledge our shared humanity and interconnectedness, with ourselves, with each other and with the world. In our work together,my hope is you will feel we are in it together and that all parts of you are welcome.

  • Non-violence

Having a non-violent approach means we will hold deep reverence and respect for the protectors and defenses you have developed through your lifetime- this is how you’ve survived! By supporting this as intelligence and not forcing change, you will find that over time these parts of you will naturally begin to soften.

  • Organicity

This means that we’ll trust your process, timing and that your body, mind and spirit know exactly how to heal. I will simply be there to provide safety, support, and a container for the unfolding to take place.

  • Mind/body/spirit holism

In Hakomi, the gateway to healing is through the body. In our work together, we will invite your body to tell the story of its joy, pain, and suffering. In our sessions as we slow down and explore sensations and impulses with gentleness and love, you may notice that the tight wound up places begin to unravel. Acknowledging the dance between our minds, bodies, and spirits, opens up possibilities for more freedom and ease in our lives.
